Many of us have the problem of hypotension or low blood pressure. In this case blood pressure is lower than normal blood pressure. This problem can be happend for several reasons. Low blood pressure can also be caused by anxiety, pregnancy, side effects of any medication, eating habits, lack of water, anemia, lack of nutrients, low salt intake. This can often result in blurred vision, light-headedness or fainting. Therefore, steps must be taken in advance to avoid such a situation. This can cause temporary or permanent damage to your brain, heart or kidneys. So tackle this problem now. It is possible to control the problem of low blood pressure by domestic means.


Salty foods:

Foods that are high in salt increase blood pressure. So, if you have high blood pressure, like doctors forbid eating raw salt, if you have low blood pressure, you are advised to eat salty foods. Olives, cheese, any type of sea fish can be included in the diet. Season with table salt or sea salt as per your preference. You can also eat salt in a glass of water. This water should be consumed once a week.

Caffeinated foods:

Foods like tea, coffee i.e. caffeine increase the heart rate. Increases blood pressure temporarily. However, its effect lasts for a short period of time. And there is no guarantee that caffeinated foods will raise blood pressure in the same way in everyone. If there is absolutely no such drink in the list, then you can start drinking tea, coffee if you have the problem of low blood pressure.

Water:

Drink plenty of water. Or drink liquids, which will act as water supplements. Blood capacity decreases when the body becomes dehydrated. As a result blood pressure decreases. So you must drink at least eight glasses of water a day. However, its amount will increase according to the weather. For example, the body needs more water during summer.

Beet juice:

Raw beetroot can raise your blood pressure. Add this vegetable to your daily diet. You can also add some beet to your salad. Or you can make beet root juice or smoothie. Drink a glass of beetroot juice instead of water. It can solve your low blood pressure problem.

Low in carbohydrates:

Foods that are high in carbohydrates or that contain processed carbohydrate foods cause low blood pressure. Several studies have shown that a low-carb diet can solve this problem.

Chocolate:

This delicious food can also raise blood pressure. In this case, chocolate contains a type of chemical called flavonoids. That chemical can increase blood pressure. In such a situation, only a delicious chocolate can make it hard to come by.

Basil leaves:

Chew 5-6 basil leaves or take 1 tablespoon of basil leaf juice every morning. Basil leaves contain high levels of potassium, magnesium and vitamin C, which help in controlling blood pressure. It also contains an antioxidant called Eugenol, which helps in controlling blood pressure and lowering cholesterol levels.

Raisins:

Raisins have been used since ancient times to control low blood pressure. Soak 30-40 raisins in a cup of water overnight. Consume it on an empty stomach the next morning. Drink raisins soaked in water along with raisins. Eat raisins like this for a few weeks. The pressure will come under control in a few days.

Mint:

Vitamin C, magnesium, potassium and pantothenic material which quickly increases blood pressure and also removes mental fatigue. Mix some mint leaves with honey and drink it regularly.

Foods rich in vitamin B-12:

If there are few foods rich in vitamin B-12 in the diet, there is a risk of anemia. Blood pressure can also decrease. For that you can eat eggs, chicken breast, yogurt, beef liver, salmon etc. They are rich in vitamin B-12.

Almonds:

Soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight to maintain low blood pressure. Peel it in the morning and eat it mixed with sugarcane jaggery. The omega three fatty acids in almonds help control low blood pressure.

Drumstick leaves:

Drumstick leaves are rich in antioxidants, it helps in lowering high blood pressure as well as controlling low blood pressure. For this reason, you can eat vegetables at least 2 days a week.

Grape juice:

Grapefruit juice is very effective in treating hypotonic symptoms. In any case, a glass of grapefruit juice given when BP drops, gives instant relief. The potassium in grape juice will help lower blood pressure by relaxing the walls of blood vessels. Maintaining normal blood pressure is very important for the health of the heart and arteries. If you consume the foods mentioned in this article, blood pressure will be normal. Experts recommend that patients with low blood pressure should exercise along with consuming alcohol and food.
