Taking care of the brain is not an easy job. In this case, if you want to take care of your brain, you have to take care of yourself more. But still, people don't want to do this job properly. As a result, problems start appearing in the body. Even the brain loses its power. If brain health is not taken care of for a long time, diseases like dementia and Alzheimer's may appear. So be careful now and try to protect your brain health. In this case, the problem can be solved through these actions. Even intelligence will increase.


Exercise:

Exercise is necessary these days. That means you have to exercise. Because exercise not only improves the body but also improves the brain. Even various studies have shown that if you exercise regularly, the body can increase intelligence. So every person must try to exercise. In this case, at least 30 minutes of exercise must be done a day. And you have to do 150 minutes a week. That is, 5 days of exercise is a must.


Drawing:

The head should be kept busy with some work. And drawing can be your best companion in this work. Drawing is a creative activity. This time, through this drawing, many areas of the brain are covered by themselves. As a result, the brain is good. Therefore, every person should solve his brain problems by drawing. Now draw at least 30 minutes a day. You can draw these drawings whenever you want. Only then can you stay well.


Listen Songs:

Never forget a beautiful thing like a song. You must listen to music if you want to keep your mind or get your brain moving. But it is not enough to listen to music. Instead you have to sing. You can sing humming slowly, not in your voice. Only then will you be well. So no worries. Now start singing.


Stay away from smoking:

Excessive alcohol consumption is very harmful to the brain. It can shrink the brain. It can increase the risk of Alzheimer's along with hallucinations, memory loss. It is also important to avoid smoking. It increases oxidative stress. Apart from the problem of the smoker, it can become a problem for everyone sitting around. Smoking affects the structure of blood vessels, making it difficult for blood to circulate throughout the body and brain.


Vegetables:

Vegetables are rich in folate, which is important for maintaining good brain health. Greens like spinach and collard greens are good for brain health.



Dark Chocolate:

Dark chocolate boosts brain function. A study found that consuming cocoa 5 days a week increases blood flow to the brain. Cocoa helps repair areas of cognitive function in the brain in the elderly. A human study found that those who regularly ate dark chocolate had a 70 percent reduced risk of depression.


Eggs:

Eggs contain several nutrients linked to mental health, including vitamins B6 and B12, folate, and choline. Choline is a key micronutrient which the body uses to make acetylcholine. It is a neurotransmitter and controls mood and memory. Eggs provide good amounts of choline. Egg yolks are the best source of this nutrient. For men, 550 mg of choline should be consumed daily. One egg yolk contains 112 mg of choline.


Need proper sleep:

Without good sleep, the brain will not function at all. Sleep deprivation increases the risk of acquiring mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety.
