Work pressure in office, There is concern about the health of the elders of the house or impurity with lover, these all are the causes of mental stress. Thinking that no one would understand anything. But this does not happen. As the saying goes, the mind leaves its mark on the face. Your body will tell you whether you are stressed or not. There are some physical ailments where the disease is so common that the doctor cannot find the cause.

What is Stress?

It is very common to think. Every human has thoughts. And with this thought all the problems of the world have been solved. But when that thought turns into a regular stress, one should beware. Actually, due to any kind of uncontrollable change in life, people get stressed. That's why every person should be careful with stress. This can also cause fatigue.

How do you know you are suffering from mental stress?

When stress is ever-present, negative thoughts consume the mind. Don't even like to work. Along with this, there are many types of mental and physical changes, such as-

. Body pain
. Chest pain that may feel like the heart is racing too fast
. Tiredness eats the whole day and does not sleep properly.
. Headache, blurred vision, tremors may occur
. Blood Pressure could be high
. Muscles become tight

Who is more likely to have problems?

In fact, stress or anxiety can manifest throughout a person's life. But if that concern causes harm in one's life, then one should be careful. Unnecessary worry can also lead to depression. In such a situation, the problem of anxiety is more in these people-

. Drinking Alcohol
. Spend more time on social media
. Family, work, or relationship problems
. Excessive smoking or drug addiction
. Habit of not exercising etc.

To Relieve Stress-

If the problem of mental stress is temporary, then some of these methods can reduce the problem quickly-

1. Exercise Regularly:

Exercise reduces the release of stress hormones. It increases the level of endorphins which are known as happy hormones. So no matter how busy you are, try to find some time to exercise. If you do not have time to go to the gym, then walk for at least 30 minutes. It can also help in reducing the level of stress from the body.

2. Sleep:

Sleep helps in keeping the body fresh. Create a specific routine for sleeping and waking up. Getting seven to eight hours of sleep regularly helps in reducing stress.

3. Eat Right:

Many people are reluctant to eat when they are under stress. Remember, eating won't make stress or problems go away, but food will energize your body and help you take steps to relieve stress. During this, drink sufficient amount of water. Cut down on caffeine intake.

Have a nice breakfast. Eat 6 small meals at least a day. Eat wheat bread, pasta etc. Eat foods rich in vitamin A and magnesium. Also, eat green tea and antioxidant-rich foods.

4. Learn to Relax:

In times of stress, it is important to give rest to the body and mind. The cause of stress will not go away easily. It will take time to go away. That's why it is important to keep yourself calm during this time. Listen soft songs to keep calm your mind. And to keep your body relaxed, you can take a bath. Going to a parlour or salon can reduce stress and get this type of massage done.

5. Write Diary:

You might have never written a diary. However, try writing something in a note pad or diary in the meantime. Write in the diary those things which are troubling you, creating tension. Also write whatever you want to do. This exercise of writing a diary will help you a lot in reducing stress.

6. Do Yoga and Meditation:

You can do meditation to reduce stress. Deep breathing exercises during meditation help the body relax. Meditation will help in increasing self-confidence. You can also practice yoga to reduce your mental stress.

7. Do things you love:

You may have learned music or painting as a child. After growing up, due to pressure of work or various problems of the world, this work is no longer possible. Resume these favourite activities during times of stress and give yourself time to get through the activities.

8. Avoid negative thoughts:

Bad thoughts cannot always be avoided. But try to think positively. Think positive and you will get what you ask for. It will help you de-stress.

9. Sort yourself out:

Set goals in life and organize yourself accordingly. stick to a routine. Set a time for everything- eating, sleeping, working and doing whatever you like.

10. Talk to a Close Friend:

Talk to a close friend about the cause of the stress. Ask a friend to help you. But don't tell a friend who won't understand you or at some point will laugh at you.
