Just as hair falls if you don't maintain proper hair hygiene, hair fall can also occur if you don't follow a proper diet.

24.Potato juice -  Mash the potatoes well and extract the juice. This time, mix egg yolk, honey and water. Apply to hair and wait 30-45 minutes for it to dry well. After that, wash your head well with mild or mild shampoo. Do not more than 1 day a week. You will see that the hair loss is completely reduced.

Also, drink plenty of water, sleep at the right time, eat plenty of greens, amla, spinach, sour yogurt, and take vitamins-C, D, and E if necessary.
