Ingredients Required for Chicken Tikka Sandwiches
Bread crumbs = as needed
Boneless Chicken = 250 gms (chicken cut into small pieces)
Ginger-garlic paste = 1 tsp
Turmeric powder = teaspoon
Black pepper powder = tsp
Red chilli powder = tsp
Garam masala powder = teaspoon
Cumin powder = tsp
Salt = to taste
Red food coloring = little
Butter or refined oil = 1 tbsp
To make the cheesy dip
Milk = cup
Cheese slices = 4
Butter = 1 tsp
To make the salad
Carrot = cup grated
Cabbage = cup finely chopped
Capsicum = Cup thinly sliced
Black pepper powder = tsp
Salt = teaspoon
Mayonnaise = cup
Recipe – How to make Chicken Tikka Sandwich
. To make Chicken Tikka Sandwich, first marinate the chicken and marinate the chicken in a bowl. Then add ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder and cumin powder, after adding red food color for color, mix well with a spoon and cook the chicken for 10 minutes. It (food coloring is optional if you don't like or don't have food coloring you can skip it by adding food coloring)
. After 10 minutes, take a pan to cook the chicken and heat it by adding butter or refined oil. Then add the marinated chicken to it and now the bowl is marinated. Add some water to it and add this water to the pan.

. Now cook the chicken on high flame for one to two minutes while stirring with a spatula. Then cover the chicken and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Check the chicken one or two time in between. Once the chicken is tender, cook the chicken on high heat for another minute, stirring with a spatula. So that the water in the chicken should be dried and then the gas should be turned off.
. Then take out the chicken in a bowl and let it cool. This is how your chicken tikka is ready and until the chicken is cool. Meanwhile make the cheesy dip. Take a non stick pan and let the pan get hot. Then add milk to the pan with butter and when the milk starts to heat. Then break the pieces of paneer in it and cook it till thick.
. When the dip thickens, turn off the gas and take out this cheesy dip in a small bowl and let it cool. By this time the chicken will also be cold. So cut the chicken a bit smaller by hand or with a knife.
. After that make the salad. In a bowl, spoon the capsicum, cabbage, carrot, salt, black pepper powder and mayonnaise and mix well. This way your salad is also ready.
. Now make the sandwich. First take three bread slices and cut the edges of these three bread slices and keep them aside and now put the first cheese dip you made on one bread slice. Spread that dip. Then you have cooked the chicken tikka. Keep spreading.
. Again pour the dip over the chicken tikka and now place the second slice of bread on it and now spread the cheese dip over this slice. Then place your prepared salad and now place the last and third slice of bread on top of it. Thus your triple layer chicken tikka sandwich is ready.
. Similarly, as many sandwiches can be made from as many chickens. Make several and then cover these chicken sandwiches with plastic wrap. You can enjoy this chicken tikka sandwich with sauce.
